Meet your Host:
Winnie Cisar, Global Head of Strategy at CreditSights
Winnie Cisar is the Global Head of Strategy for CreditSights. With more than 15 years of experience in banking and research, Winnie has emerged as one of the leading voices in corporate credit strategy on Wall Street. She is a regular guest on Bloomberg TV and NPR’s Marketplace; has appeared on CNBC, BNN, and Yahoo Finance; and is regularly quoted in print.
Prior to her current role at CreditSights, Winnie was the Head of Credit Strategy and a Managing Director at Wells Fargo. She also spent time in Energy and Power investment banking, high yield Health Care research, and high yield trading before joining the Wells Fargo Credit Strategy team to build the leveraged finance strategy product. Winnie was selected as one of Charlotte Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for 2020 and was one of 12 women invited to participate in Bloomberg’s New Voices Program in 2019.
Winnie graduated from Emory College with a B.A. in International Studies and completed her J.D. and M.B.A. at the Emory School of Law and Goizueta Business School. Winnie holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 55, and 63 licenses and is a member of the North Carolina and Illinois Bar Associations.
