Overview

This is Part I of a two-part series, which is organized in a Q&A format, that examines key legal issues in Trump’s first 100 days that are of interest to investors.

Part II focuses on SCOTUS—including key cases this term and potential future cases that we’re watching—and provides an update on the administration’s antitrust agenda, discusses what’s going on with the TikTok ban, and offers some of our thoughts on impoundment.
