Overview

We take a look at the impact of tariffs to the A&D sector.

We also provide an estimate of hits to the individual names’ costs and EBITDAs in the sector. We note that despite the headlines, the impact to business volumes from China for Boeing products will not necessarily be catastrophic. China has played an ever declining role in the company’s outlook (and backlog) even before these tariffs hit.

arguing to its clients that it may not be able to deliver the promised products according to the contract specifications- the first producer in the industry to invoke the legal protection. We expect more will follow.
