Fitch Solutions – New York and London – 25 July 2022 – Fitch Solutions, a leading provider of data, research and analytics, today announced it has completed bringing together the LevFin Insights and CapitalStructure businesses into one business operating under the LevFin Insights brand. The former CapitalStructure brand has now been retired.
LevFin Insights is the global news business for Fitch Solutions, reflecting the broad range of its leveraged finance capabilities. This includes breaking news, commentary and transaction data for the North American and European primary and secondary leveraged finance capital markets, as well as news and analysis of distressed debt and special situations across the regions.
The service also includes insights from Covenant Review and CreditSights, which are part of Fitch Solutions, as well as joint market reports with Covenant Review.
Chris Donnelly is global editor-in-chief of the combined business, while Luke Millar is editor-in-chief, EMEA.
