Alex Kay

Alex typically represents buy side investors and bondholder committees in complex cross border restructurings assisting in all aspects of a transaction from initial contingency planning and investment analysis to implementation and management of complex work outs.
Alex has particular experience of assisting creditors in challenging jurisdictions with a focus on emerging markets and encompasses using a range of insolvency and reorganization tools and processes. Alex has also acted for investors on a number of complex direct lending financing transactions often using complex and bespoke debt instruments and Inter-creditor structures.
Alex is also currently the independent chairman of the board of the European Leverage Finance Association. Legal 500, 2021 have quoted him as being "Next Generation Partner".

Glenn Zahn

Glenn joined CreditSight’s in July 2022 as a Senior Analyst focused on special situations. Prior to joining CreditSights, Glenn worked for 2 years at Seaport Global and for 5 years at Commerzbank as an analyst covering high yield and distressed bank loans. Prior to that, Glenn spent 5 years at F&C Asset Management covering European and North American high yield credits. He began his career in 1998 at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in their New York office as a junior analyst in leveraged finance. Glenn graduated from Binghamton University in New York with a B.A. in history and German.

Kirsten Heenan

Kirsten attended Duke University and Harvard Law School before starting her career in New York at Cahill Gordon. She has experience in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, particularly with respect to 144A / Reg S high yield debt financings, along with private placements and equity issuances. Before joining Covenant Review, Kirsten was a European high yield specialist in the London offices of Cahill Gordon and Weil, and also spent a year in the U.S. as a REITs specialist at Alston & Bird. Kirsten joined Covenant Review in 2019.

Sandrine Bradley

Sandrine Bradley joined LevFin Insights as a senior reporter in June 2022.
