Winnie is the Global Head of Strategy at CreditSights. Prior to joining CreditSights, Winnie was a Managing Director and the Head of Credit Strategy for Wells Fargo, leading the research teams focused on the corporate investment grade and leveraged finance markets. At Wells Fargo, Winnie developed the leveraged finance strategy product, rolling out coverage on high yield, leveraged loans and the distressed market. With more than 10 years of experience in institutional research, Winnie has emerged as one of the leading voices in corporate credit strategy and is a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg, NPR and Yahoo Finance.
Zachary Griffiths, CFA
Senior Analyst – U.S. Strategy

Zachary Griffiths joined CreditSights in August 2022 as a Senior Strategist covering U.S. Investment Grade Credit. Immediately prior to joining CreditSights, he was a Macro Strategist at Wells Fargo Securities primarily focused on USD rates, inflation and government bond supply. He frequently appears on key financial news networks such as Bloomberg TV, CNBC and Yahoo Finance. His work is also regularly quoted in major financial news publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and Reuters.
Logan Miller
Head of European Strategy
CreditSights
Logan is the Head of European Strategy at CreditSights. Prior to joining in 2023, Logan was a Director and Senior Credit Strategist at Wells Fargo Securities, where he developed and marketed the firm’s published views on global investment grade and leveraged finance credit markets, provided institutional clients with in-depth market research and investment recommendations, and advised internal credit desks on executable trading opportunities. Logan brings more than a decade of experience in fixed income strategy and research and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
Mark Lightner, Esq.
Head of Special Situations Legal Research

Mark joined CreditSights in 2023 as a Head of Special Situations Legal Research. Prior to joining CreditSights, Mark was a restructuring attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, where his practice focused on managing restructuring engagements and advising senior management, generals counsel and boards of directors on all aspects of debt restructuring. Mark clerked for two judges, including a bankruptcy judge in the Southern District of New York, and he has also served as an adjunct law professor where he has taught semester-long courses on bankruptcy, debtor/creditor law and municipal debt restructuring. Mark earned a JD magna cum laude and BS summa cum laude in finance from Arizona State University in 2007 and 2003, respectively, and he previously held FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
